Crossposted from the Texas Forum....for a little history, I've been a member here since before the great crash of 2002 when the software here crashed and wiped out the website....didn't know if it was ever going to come back...

While watching Kyle Drabek pitch against the Rangers tonight, I remembered that I meant to post a link to my son's first published article.

For those of you that have kids playing in HS or headed off to college right now, cherish those days as you will never know who your son is playing with or against will someday make it big. My son graduated in 2007 and was lucky enough to play against some very good major league players like Kershaw, Walden, Austin Jackson, Beavan and Drabek. It's fun to watch as these "kids" now that they are in the bigs....and there are a few more on the way.
