Coach John Ingram

I heard that Coach Ingram at Cape Henry Collegiate has decdided to retire. He's a guy who has not received a lot of press or who gets accolades on these message boards, but he's one of the best high school coaches in the area. His teams are always competitive and they have produced some of this areas best talent including the most recent UVA success story Robert Morey. Cape Henry will have some big shoes to fill with his retirement.
