Bases loaded, 2 outs. BR gets a base hit to F8 who fires home to nail R2 at the plate. PU calls R2 out on a banger, but PU fails to see ball pop loose & roll towards defensive dugout, where defensive coach picks up ball. Time is called, umps get together, reverse call to 'safe' at home.
Where to place runners?

Unintentional interference, as the coach was picking the ball up believing the umpire's 3rd out call. Runners are placed by umpires at last bag acquired at time of out call.
