I believe that it is exactly what they asked Nick Saban when he left the Dolphins "high & dry" and took the Alabama job. I guess Alabama wasn't concerned about how unprofessional he was in exiting his Miami commitment.
Teach-able moment?

Posters on here consistently advise newer posters to not get too hung up on the coach when picking a school. In other words, pick the school first, as if baseball may not be in the picture at some point in college.

Same advice applies here I think. Pick the school as if the coach may not be there at some point while you're at school. In other words, be happy with the school first.

There's probably a lot of freshman football players at Pitt, recruited by Graham last year with all kinds of promises, wondering what the heck happened.

That he was ASU's fourth choice. It's his fourth head coaching job in six years. The 6-6 record at Pitt. And the text message good-bye...

Of course ASU could hire Vince Lombardi and the only thing we'd point out is that he's 'dead'....

And a lot of people don't think RichRod is much of a catch either....
