Coastal Carolina University is hosting their annual Fall Mini Camp on November 11th and 12th. This camp is designed for serious high school ball players who are determined to play at the collegiate level. This is a tremendous opportunity to be instructed and evaluated by a wide range of collegiate coaches at all different levels up and down the East Coast. The two-day format packs plenty of baseball into a short period of time. This is a great camp with great coaches. I know several 18U/17U travel teams from this area that have played tournaments at or around CCU during the summer. If you are interested in going to school at Coastal it behooves you to consider going to this camp. As stated, there will be coaches from different levels attending, instructing, and possibly recruiting from this camp. You will be instructed by some of the best college coaches in the country. Coach Thomas is from the Springfield area and played at Illinois State University. CCU usually attends HS showcases like Stevenson every year and does recruit from the Midwest and Chicago area.
