A man and his wife were having an argument about who should brew the coffee each morning.

The wife said, "You should do it, because you get up first, and then we don't have to wait as long to get our coffee."

The husband said, "You are in charge of the cooking around here and you should do it, because that is your job, and I can just wait for my coffee."

Wife replies, "No you should do it, and besides it is in the Bible that the man should do the coffee."

Husband replies, "I can't believe that; show me."

So she fetched the Bible, and opened the New Testament and shows him at the top of several pages that it indeed says .............

"HEBREWS"

The coffee will be at my house today.
Everyone who comes will have a room to clean.
I am expecting company and have been "bagged" by PAMom for being on the baseball web...
Can you relate???
Up for it?

Chill ...

Help me here ... if I am invited to your house for coffee ... wouldn't I be considered "company"? So why would I have to clean my own room?

We learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp; some are dull; some are pretty;
some have weird names; all are different colors.
And they all have to learn to live in the same box.

MARY MAIDS to the rescue....will clean with promise of coffee...gossip...just PLEASE NEVER EVER ask me to cook....what an interesting conflab that would make...all the "girls" from the HSBBwebsite together in one room...wonder what the Topic of conversation would be...and BTW my daughter had a great knock-off pocketbook party...I think we need to have one and get HM a new purse

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
Ladies ...

Looks like the best we may be able to do ... one day in the (distant) future ... when we are all old and wearing purple dresses and red hats ... is meet in Branson, MO for a little chat ... or better yet, since we won't be able to sit on the floor in our purple dresses ... a little .

In the meantime, I am always up for a or a bit of ...

Does anybody else here think I need a REAL life?

MaryAnn...
Sorry...part of an inside joke with some of the girls and it really must have sounded stupid to you...Forgive me. smash

Mary...always ready to help, aren't you?
I just can't muster your enthusiasm for elbow grease on this otherwise BLAH day.

Only a few things left to do...
We all will be in one room together someday...
What a HOOT
