Oh, ok. Now I understand. We still do it a little different around here - the camps are the camps and recruiting is recruiting.

Bats have been dumbed down? So now it's the arrow and not the Indian? I need a scorecard.

I don't know much about metal bats, we always swing wood.

I also don't know what those asterisks are hiding. Or what "dindled" means.

I was looking through your posts and a couple of years ago it seemed you didn't think bat speed was all that important. "Hand adjustability"? I'm always looking to learn. This looks like a good opportunity.

If you've put one bat together with "screw and electrical tape" you've done it more times than I have. We get ours from Louisville Slugger. They come in one piece - no assembly required.

I don't need to BUY THE BOOK, I read your post. I am now an expert. Well I will be as soon as I get the lesson on "hand adjustibility".

Wait! If I BUY THE BOOK, does it come with a guarantee that he will make it to the Bigs? He's already playing HS ball. I've seen the stats, I'm a little scared. I don't know if he would be happy sitting on the bench spitting seeds, but we can try it and see. He's usually on the field or on the batter's box spitting seeds.

What else do I need to know?

Arrows and Indians forever!

From you? Absolutely!

"expert"? Oh, you mean Yeager. I think he made some points, in the video.

I hope he gets beyond having me for a dad as well. That would be great for every kid don't you think?

I am an ***? Ok. Is it because you think I don't like your book? Is it because I think you don't have all the answers and your way is the only way? Is it because paragraphs help make posts full of nothing more than platitudes almost legible? Not the paragraph police - just trying to be helpful. Since I don't know anything about baseball I try to contribute where I can.

As for buying the book, previosuly you gave me a choice - BUY THE BOOK or "read my post above"... I chose the latter because I am pretty sure you are smarter than Ted Williams. Now I need to "READ THE BOOK" too? Ok.

We have now gone from Indians and arrows to dogs and fleas? This hitting stuff is HARD!

I've been reading your posts to find out exactly where I became stupid.

What are you trying to say here? One cannot "wind it all back and let loose" and yet still "have the top that goes forward while (Ooh tricky word there) turning"?

Are you saying that batters must stride to get the "top that goes forward while turning"?

No, I don't have a fetish, the quote is from Ted Williams according to Mike Epstein. Is it not in THE BOOK?

Is "jackamoe" a word in Illinois? What language do they speak there? It's not a word in English, I looked.

Good luck to The Kid? How do you know he'll need luck? Have you ever seen him play baseball? Have you ever seen him swing a bat?

You are very rude person. And judgmental despite the fact that you have 1. Not seen what you are judging and 2. Don't know what you're talking about.

You have no idea what kind of hitter he is. You have no idea whether or not the bat change will effect him, even though I already told you he has been hitting with wood for years. It would appear you can't hear what you are reading when your lips move over the sound of your own awesomeness echoing between your ears.

Your spelling and grammar are atrocious, you can't form complete sentences, you apparently think you are ee cummings and you use childish texting shorthand in a forum for coaches. Yet I need help.

I am however enjoying watching you row your rowboat down the River of Lethe. Please continue.

I sort of figured you were using a Ouija board to come up with your hitting philosophy. Do you use The Psychic Hot Line for pitching?
