In a previous thread the term "Coiling" has been used by a few different people. I have my own concept of what a coil should be and look like. I believe that sometimes kids get screwed up when discussing the coil because in there mind, and in the minds of some fathers, coil represents a turning of the upper body. I would like to hear from other people on what a coil should look like and how you go about establishing a correct coil in a hitter.
