How's the program?

Holy Cross is a good program that has progressed each year for the last 3 years under Coach O'Brien. The last two years they narrowly missed the Patriot League playoffs...it came down to the last two games of the season for them. Coach O'Brien, as I understand, is retiring this year and the Assistant Coach Najarrian (sp?) for three years, will take over. They have been solid pitching the last two years.
If you are looking to get into program with the new coach, good future with one of the top academic schools in country...this one may be for you.
The Patriot League is not the SEC or ACC, but it is alot of fun to go to these campuses and see some of the storied schools and locations of the North East.
As far as scholarships...I may be wrong but I do not think they give athletic just academic. Check into that part.
