I'm not sure the new changes have affected the balance in where the top level players are signing.

Of the top 200 HS players on PG Cross Checkers list almost half of the top 200 signed with just 20 schools. (Didn't the rich just get richer?)

Also note that of those 20 schools that had the highest number of blue chipper points, all of them would be considered warm weather conferences.

21 ACC
5 CUSA
4 Big 12
3 Sunbelt
3 MWC

It is an interesting list, for sure. I was wondering, on average how many of the top 200 players actually make it to school. 11 of ASU's 19 recruits are in that top group. UGA, 8 of 20. It looks like they hedged their bets a bit. They are probably also further skewed with a high percentage of the best of the best. As the article says, "Stay tuned." It will look a bit different come mid-August.

2 Georgia 20 / 8
3 North Carolina 12 / 10
4 Florida 13 / 8
5 Vanderbilt 12 / 8

p.s. Welcome, themick.
