it'll be interesting to see how it plays out

from the tv ratings, you guys may have been the only ones watching Frown

they will feel the pressure ... win streaks don't last forever & theirs is unusually long

probability says it won't be maitained & some (like espn radio) will validate their claim that the top NL teams can't match up with even average AL teams
ESPN touts the AL? Wow --- when did that start happening Eek? Should the Indians win the ALCS, I would be willing to bet they won't be quite so adamant about AL dominance. Just a feeling I get Wink.

IMHO, the AL is more Arm & Hammer baseball, the NL more D. However, the leagues aren't playing one another, the winner of the ALCS will play the Rockies.

I like the Rockies' style of play, I'm enjoying the youngsters, and I think it's great that Todd Helton with his entire career with the Rockies, is on his way to the WS.

As my Cardinals only have a couple more weeks as The World Champions, I am reminded --- it's about who gets hot at the right time.

Clint Hurdle should get some consideration as NL Coach of the year.

I loved what he said when interviewed after the game - "There are two kinds of people in this game: those who are humble and those who are about to be." Then he went on to say how humbling it was for him to be with such a great team.

I wasn't awake for it - saw the story on SportsCenter this morning. Go Rockies!
