Great news, congratulations.

Thank you....his performance at the 17WWBA is pretty much what ended up sealing the deal for him.  He had good performances against some good teams down there.  Even though the RC that signed him wasn't in GA, he knew what it meant to put on a good show against that kind of competition.

Buckeye, the same thing happened with my son.  He pitched ONE inning in the 18U WWBA that opened a LOT of doors then had a great outing at the 17UWWBA a few days later.  I will be forever grateful to PerfectGame.  Son had to have the talent and deliver the goods, but PG gave him the stage and opportunity to do it!!

I wasn't sure if posting the school was the "proper" thing to do....lol, but in another thread everyone did so it must be ok right   He'll be playing at Bowling Green State University...it's less than an hour from home...and the other MAC schools are all within 2.5 to 3 hours so we'll get to see a lot of game without having to spend a ridiculous amount of time and money to get there.  They were the last school that contacted him...but it just seemed like the right fit from the first time he talked to them.  He's excited...I'm sure this next year is going to seem like it takes forever...because I know he is already itching to get there

That is awesome!  My brother graduated from Bowling Green and really liked it there.  Orel Hersheiser (sp) of course played at BG.  Good stuff.
