How do you communicate with umpires? Personally, before each game begins I make sure to introduce myself to each umpire so that they can address me by name if I am needed. I feel as though it helps the relationship and trust build between us. Therefore possibly getting those borderline calls that everyone wants to get. I just wanted to get a post out here regarding how ya'll deal with the big men in blue.
