Composite Bats for 2011 Season

What does everyone know about the new rules for composite bats for the 2011 high school season? Is the new rule still being worked out or is it finalized? Looking at the NFHS website, there is a list of approved composite bats - but can we trust that this will still be the case in April? If someone bought a new Demarini Voodoo bat last year, it looks like they'll be out of luck for using it this year - along with many other types of composite bats.

I'm pretty sure that last year's Demarini Voodoo is still going to be OK for HS play in every state but CA. The bats that are in danger of being eliminated are the all composite bats. The Voodoo is a composite handle and aluminum barrel.
