Compression Sleeves for Pitchers

Go to the doctor and get him checked out. Elbow pain is not a good thing ever. It's typical to have soreness in muscle areas after pitching but never pain in a joint during pitching.

The doctor may suggest a compression sleeve as part of his rehab / therapy but first thing to do is eliminate any chance of having an injury.

I hope it's nothing and the sleeve is all he needs.

I read something earlier this spring here on HSBBW about sleeve protocol. Of course there can't be any white or light colors. More interestingly the sleeve has to be consistent with the uniform color and both sleeves have to be of equal length.
I will say that I have not seen strict adherence to all these rules this season.
