Concession Stands

Our team is hosting its first invitational and are excited to be welcoming 600 athletes along with their coachs and some parents/families. I am in charge of setting up a concession stand. We will be grilling hot dogs, brats and burgers and serving them with chips, warm-freshly baked cookies and beverages. SO,,,does anyone have information they could give me on quantities to order (dogs, brats and patties)?
