Shep, Congratulations to your brother, Mike! Looks like he was an excellent player.
a pat on the back for Mike
Ga Southern is one of my all-time favorite road trips - the newly redone stadium is great (we played the new park's opening game), the town is friendy, comes out to support sports & the campus was nice & very clean with alot of new construction. We ran into coach Hennon's Dad at a local breakfast place & he was a poster guy for southern hospitality, not to mention able to talk baseball non-stop.
I give it 5 stars

Thank you for the kind words and I will pass them on to my younger brother, Mike, while he's still here...It's good to be recognized for college accomplishments but even more gratifying to be drafted by the Cincinnati Reds and survive two seasons in Rookie ball Sarasota and getting promoted to SAL before hanging up the spikes. I am very proud of Mike and pray his years are prolonged by the power of the Almighty God. peace Shep
Congrats to your brother! That's very cool.
Great honor. Congrats to your entire family for that. Definitely the proud big brother.
Congrats!!!!
I would love to see my son play at Southern. Prior to HS, we would do a roadtrip every year for the series with GT - it was cold but always signified our beginning of the baseball season.

Bee>Where did you find some pics? LOL
We all hid our girlfriends from each other and never brought them home in fear of the ultimate brotherly betrayal.

Congrats to your brother Shep. I know you are proud of him, but he should be just as proud of you. You are a good man, no doubt.
Take care!
Take care!
Thank you OP!
Congrats.
That kid that went in the 2nd round from Georgia Southern last year has some serious heat. I think he and Matt Weiters at GT were the hardest throwing kids I had a chance to watch last year. GSU is a great baseball school!
