I am a 2017--am I allowed to email D1 D2 D3 JUCO and NAIA coaches right now for recruiting purposes?

So if I wanted to email coaches as a followup to a showcase I went to today, should I email them within a few days or on september 1?
You can always email or call a coach at any time. However, a coach can only send you limited information until September 1st. At that point, they are free to email, call, text...

It's Sept. 1 of your Junior year, so coaches could reply to 2016's beginning Sept 1, 2014
