I have a 12 year old who's team backed out of going this summer and we are looking for a team. Of anyone knows a team that only has 10 or 11 and needs another player ease let me know.

Contact Cooperstown venues, I know there are two, Dreams Park and All star Village. The management likely knows which teams have signed up and you might be able to get an email of a team focal point to reach out to. Hopefully your son is a good pitcher or power bat, any other position the teams will have their kids they hope to play.

If you have measurables on your son, i.e. hit X amount of home runs, or pitches 65mph...etc. you should post on the north GA "12u players looking for teams" board. We always have tons of teams going and usually more than a few need an additional player.
