My coaches have noticed two big flaws in my swing so far this offseason. One is that I step toward third base all the time on inside pitches, causing me to open up and expose myself. My other problem is that my swing inconsistently uses my lower body, basically I almost always try and get by on pure upper body strength. Besides more reps, are there any drills I can do to correct this?

For the stride problem, take your stance, and set up 2 bats beside your front foot, pointing toward the pitcher. One bat one one side of your foot, and one on the other side. Practice taking your strides, you should stride between the two bats without stepping on the bats.

The lower body is extremely important in the swing. You need to use the legs to help rotate the hips, which in turn rotate the shoulders giving you some bat speed. You can take a bat, and hold the bat behind your lower back, holding it between your elbows. Take your stride and practice hip rotation, using the bat to help drive the rotation. Focus on straightening the front knee, going from a flexed front knee to a firm straight front leg. This is what drives the front hip cuasing it to rotate.
