I agree. My son saw an immediate gain of 5 mph after one 3 day camp the previous year. He attended his 2nd Jaeger throwing camp at the end of December. The Jaeger's camp is not just about the long toss, it's also about arm care and mental training. Some think that long toss has nothing to do with pitching. Not true. I found that the pull down phase of long toss is very beneficial for pitchers.
