Anyone had any idea if the cost of living stipend is extended to baseball scholarships or is that just for the full scholly guys?

My boys play in the Pac 12 and they started getting a stipend last year. The dollar amount is based on what % scholarship each players is receiving. It not a ton like football & basketball receive but it does help.
HC Pat Mason @ Virginia Tech uses the stipends to effectively give him more scholarships!

Part of Penn State's pitch last year was that baseball players would get full stipend- not based on % of scholarship. My son did not end up going there, so I don't know if this is reality. There were a couple of threads on this at the time. It seems like it's up to the school whether or not they fund the stipend, and to what level.

So .25% scholarship and they'd get full stipend? Wow think that would be an attractive option. Is that common?
again, that's what we were told, but son went another direction, not sure how it is in reality
Hey I just started a thread where you can post your actual experience with scholarships/baseball etc
