I'm hoping with a bump more people will read this article about this young recruit. It's nice to see that to some schools recruits are not just numbers on paper.

Billy's last bone marrow test came back cancer-free. Great news as he begins the grueling bone marrow transplant process this month.

I can't tell you how overjoyed I am to be able to post this update about Billy Phillips after the struggle he's been through for 2-1/2 years. This kid is such a fighter. I also have tremendous respect for Maryland Baseball for the way they've supported Billy throughout this ordeal.
