Credit for walk\strikeout (NCAA)

Who gets credit for a walk or strikeout if a pitching change is made in the middle of an at bat? I have seen 3 pitching changes this year during the middle of an at bat. The result of the at bats were two strikeouts and a walk. I know what OBR rule 10.16(h) says, but is there a NCAA specific rule for this. If there is no specific rule, do the Official Baseball Rules take precident?

Ask in the umpire forum. There is a rule, pretty sure but I don't know the specifics.
