In this video clip it looks like you stride closed (to the 1B side of directly at the plate).

Many LHP's do this, and people are up in the air about whether this is good or not.

I am concerned that it could limit how much you hips rotate and cause you to throw more with your arm than with your body. It could also lower your arm slot.

It may also be related to how you seem to lose your balance as you finish your throw.
TRhit- I know that... there's no worries about anything I just figured if there's any tweaking that must be done I figured I might as well get it from as many people as possible.

Big game Thursday... we play the older team and I'm pitching. That'll be the summer's first test. I pitched pretty well on Sunday against the NJ Twins, we split a doubleheader. So far so good with the season, and we're yet to have a full roster because of finals, etc. and we're still looking at some catchers. But it's going well
Yeah I think we're facing Hugh also... during the spring we played him twice, he's got a real good fastball but when his curve is on he's really dominating, it's really a nice pitch.

I've noticed a pattern of the same guys responding to most of my posts, I figure those are the guys I'll listen to the most because most of their input is similar to one another's
Tiger- Hugh throws hard. A tad inconsistent but when he's on, he's nearly untouchable.

Yes, Dan is on our team. In fact, his dad requested I room with him this year when we go away. He's a good kid, and he can hit.

Yeah we have 5 guys from the Harlem LLWS team back from 2002. Alibay Barkley, Fernando Frias, Julian McWilliams, Andy Diaz and Javier Lopez, but Javy I don't think is going to be playing with us so we'll leave it at four. They are all good still, Alibay is huge and hits bombs and throws in the upper 80s. Julian is a very crafty and quick MIF. Andy is a catcher who's arm is hurt right now but typically has a pop time of around 2.00 and he can hit despite not being big. Fernando is our RF and just plainly drops bombs. I hate standing next to him because his muscles make me feel so small.

We also have Alex Maruri from Stepinac, I don't know if you know of him, something happened when he was 12 playing for a 14 year old team and got in trouble I don't know, but he was in the paper w/Almonte a while back. And speaking of, we have Almonte's catcher, also, Gabriel Molina from James Monroe, I'm not sure if he was on any LLWS team (either the Harlem one or Almonte's Rolando Paulino team) but I'll ask him tomorrow at our game.
