Well I don't do anything but basically go out slow and with arc and come back with max velocity. I use to try and do the long toss program that they use in the combat Pitcher program by ron wolforth, but it takes so much time that we devote to other training. I spend about 45 minutes a day just with my pitchers..that doesn't even seem enough, but they got to play other positions as well. We are lucky enough to have a Texas signee and another D1 guy who throw around 90 so maybe some of the stuff is paying off.
