Have any of you guys had experience with this program. I did a search and only found one person that mentioned it on here. I would like to get some input from all of you that have had experience with it. On their web site they say that several major league and college programs are using it. I coach at a small school with a rather meek budget. If the tube excersises got from college can accomplish what this program does then I won't waste the money. Thanks in advance for your help on this.

When the last pitch of the season is thrown will you be able to look your teammates in the eyes?

I can't give you a personal testimonial, but a friend of mine (a former collegiate coach) swears by it for his son.

Our boys (both baseball 14's) just played and pitched at the 16U Championships. His son sat on 82 and touched 84-85, throwing 7 complete, and not losing anything on his FB. The boy was throwing high 70's at the beginning of the season, when a friend of the Father's in the blue Jays organization turned him onto the Crossover Symmetry bands. He has used them religiously all spring & summer. They feel like they are seeing real results.

My son has been using a combination of Cord exercises, plyo-ball work, and body weight work, following prtotocols in the book Fastball Fitness; and other NPA exercises -- he has seen similar gains.

Conclusion ... the key is found in a program that targets building the backside brakes, while establishing joint stability, flexibilty, and mobility. Crossover Symmetry, NPA Cord Exercises, NPA Fastball Fitness & Foundation Fitness, all address these very well, and are not that expensive.

The key is picking a program and doing it every stinkin' day.

Hope this helps.
Thanks for the reply and I agree with the everyday thing. I preach the NPA workout right now with some other Jobe excersises. One of my problems is that in our small school most of the ball players are three sport athletes. I thought if the CS program was legit I would get it and put it in the weight room that way no matter what sport the kid is competing in at the time it will be right in front of his face every time he steps in the weight room and would be more apt to do these excersises and do them correctly outside of the high school and summer seasons. Thanks again for your input.
Here is another inexpensive, multi-function piece of apparatus you can consider adding to your gym.

My son was introduced to these in a speed training program. We bought a set, and he uses them for some of the speed/agility drills he has learned, as well as for some of the body weight exercises he has learned from NPA coaches.

They are an amazingly simple piece of equipment, that support a very good and diverse workout. You can buy 3-4 sets for the price of the crossover symetry bands, and have the ability to do more types of exercises, and have more kids working out at the same time.

They definitely work ... personal testimonial.
