The article reads as expected. “Our primary concern is the safety of our student athletes blah blah blah.” Not buying a word if it. This is about money.
I am not sure if most here know that schools have to pay for their own tests. They have already gone through 6K.
With an enrollment of less than 4000, figure it out. More than likely they have been working with a deficeit.
