Anyone have information or opinion of this college summer league?

I have coached in it for the last 3 years. Our team has had alot of success, we won the regular season title last year.
The baseball is good. Now, we are not full of the prospects from the Big 12. We have alot of JUCO players, D1, D2, D3 and NAIA players. We used to have 2 teams full of ex-professional players. This summer, DABA will be a true collegiate summer league.
We use wood bats only. As for our team, it will look like this...
C - Cisco JC/Ranger JC
1B - Texas State/Weatherford JC
2B - Brookhaven College
SS - New Mexico State
3B - Lamar University
OF - Weatherford JC/Lamar University/Eastfield JC/Northwood University
P - Arkansas, Texas State, Lamar, Eastfield, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Ranger
We have a good mix of guys. 3 of our guys can throw it in the 88-92mph range. We have fun, we don't have 25 guys on the roster so everyone plays a pretty good amount. Our core position players and pitchers return so are we looking to have some more fun in the sun at Reverchon.

My son(s) have played there the last few years. One will be playing again this year. It is a pretty laid back league with some pretty good talent. With out the "pros" it will be a litle more intersting. Not as much hype as the TCL but a bargain second to none.
Are the kids that are graduating this year eligable to play in this league or the TCL
TCL teams can have one graduating senior on their roster, a decision that has not been embraced by the local select teams. I have heard that only one team is interested in a high school kid.
I don't know much about the DABA, but I believe their rules allow kids 18 & over.

New rules in the DABA this summer. Similiar to TCL, you have to have college eligibility left. Guys that just finished can play this summer, but that will be it. No HS kids.
