If this is the Omar Washington group they are a good organization in my opinion.
In my opinion, the Panthers have had a very competitive organization over the years -- at all ages. I think their leadership have adequate contacts in college and professional baseball. And I believe they are aligned with a nifty new training facility. The group's reputation is good locally and state-wide.
If I were to provide a single negative impression -- which may not be negative at all to many -- I think the Panthers occasionally place too many eggs in one basket when it comes to participating in the national events. I do not believe that all teams should target the JO tournaments.
Do your homework, interview the coaches, and see how they run their tryouts -- then decide.

Omar Turner is now running the operations of the Panthers older teams (15, 16, 17 & 18). Those teams are playing in BBI this summer and their 16s and 18s are playing in BBI's Premier Division.
