Congratulations to Brett McCabe and the DBAT Mustangs 15U team that won the 28 team Premier National Championship (www.Premierbaseball.net) held in Dallas last week.

The Mustangs team ran the table with a 8-0 record, outscoring their opponents 86-22. The team beat the Arlington A's, Houston Heat, Texas Stix, DMBC Ford, Columbia Angels, DMBC Johnson, Dallas Patriots, and the runner-up, DMBC Phillips.

It is now off to the AABC State/Regional in McKinney.

clapping Congrats to McCabe. I understand that Phillips had to go back 2 back against the Boom and then McCabe on the turf @ Jesuit. Wasn't like 110 degrees on that turf that day? I would have liked to have seen these two match off against each other with fresh legs for Phillips. I think Phillips would have given them a much better game. From what I understand is that Phillips lost their steam after the 3rd in the extreme conditions they were playing in without any break that day.

I'm not taking anything away from McCabe they are an awesome club - I would just like to see them match off against each other when both teams are fresh.

Congrats again to McCabe

And I would have loved to see the Ice Bowl played in the Florida sun.
