I can't tell you how happy I am for you and your family, ED and The Cardinal.

Of course I wish all of you a trip to Omaha, but I think that this is a good example of how bad things happen to good people but in the end everything turns out wonderfully.

With all that you and your family have been through, you never once lost your sense of humor or not let your son make his own decisions. I remember how you struggled last year with HIS decision to return to school and not turn pro.

Now your son again has a chance to do that AND get a Stanford degree and YOU get to go to Omaha.

It don't get much better than that my friend. Smile

Have a dog on me.

Oh and thank the team for me for beating those Titans. Wink

Good luck to all The Cardinal players and their parents.

Thank you so much for the kind note.

Our heads are spinning. Excitement! Worry. How do I get 1-2 weeks off work? Good boss who loves baseball too. Smile What about the dogs? What about the younger son who needs to be in Phoenix in a week and a half?

Who's on first? Big Grin

For anyone who has already experienced it...I now know. Wink Greatest feeling in a long, long time.

And to all of you...thanks! Thanks for all of your prayers. Thanks for all of your well wishes and kind words. You made a much bigger difference in our lives than you can ever, EVER know!

I can't wait!
