How is the newer DeMarini Voodoo (black) that came out last season. It looks pretty nice and I was just wondering what your thoughts were.

Same as last years model but with the new paint job. The new paint might be super paint like the liquid metal paint on the rawlings liquid metal bats but you would need to call and confirm this iwth Demarini. So the ball might go farther if you hit it in the sweet spot of the paint. If you got the bat as a christmas gift and you have the receit to why don't you return that bat and get a single barrel bat like an Omaha or nike. More college world series teams that have one the college world series have played in the college world series and have used the single piece barrel instead of the two piece barrel like the demarinis and eastons.
yea thats a great point seeing that since two piece bats started to some out no more than 6 years ago its really a great point that teams that have used them the past 6 years are still yet to match up with teams that use a one piece batthat have been around for at least 3 times as long. the demarini voodoo is a great bat with great feel the kick point higher that it is on the vexxum so it doesnt kick as much through the zone but still has some whip
