Denison invited my son for a fall visit. They reached out to him after Showball--he had not really considered them prior to that. The latest thread I found here was from 2015. Good school, and generous with merit-based aid... that is about all I know. Does anyone have more recent experience with the school?

Only know what we saw when we played there for a tourney. Really beautiful campus in a small little town. If I remember right, the field was just average, but that was 6 years ago, things could have changed. Couple stores, restaurants, bars....but you're also only a half hour from Easton, the biggest shopping/eating destination in Columbus. Don't really know anything about the program....that's one of the few Ohio schools where I don't think either my son or I have ever known anyone who played there.
One of my good friends has a son that is a pitcher for them (Junior). Everything he says he really likes it, both baseball and school. I know he did get a good chunk of $$ that brought it to an affordable amount.
Great school, highly respected in the Midwest, normally strong baseball, good season last year. One of my sons coach went there ('13 grad)... really enjoyed his experience. I do recall that he received a decent amount of merit money that was unavailable at top echelon HA D3's.
Son has former club teammate who is playing for them and will be a Soph. He enjoyed his first year.
Denison is known as one of those "colleges that change lives" kind of schools with a forward-thinking, respected President. Their baseball program won their conference last year and Coach Deegan is also known as a motivational speaker (http://www.coachmikedeegan.com/). It's a small school with some pretty nice facilities, especially the rec center but the actual baseball field could use some love. Students can walk to the field which is a plus (not the case at Lehigh, Witt, Lafayette, Mulenburg et al).
