Last years team was very special, they had pitching depth and chemistry. Most of the players had been playing together for years. This years version is talented but lacks pitching depth. But the potential is there, they are still getting to know each other. Unfortunately it was a short season, 19 games, in which most games almost half the team was playing in showcases or on vacation. Now the whole team is together they have to figure it out, hopefully it will all come together. It is still an accomplishment to go to the state tournament and the boys should be congratulated.
