...have a friend living in Indonesia who is employed (paid very handsomly) by a sports agency who owns Tennis academies in FLA.
They have hired a global network of scouts who scour every backwood looking for the next young pheonom. When these young players (8-16) are found they are given scholarships and shipped to Florida to live and train.
They live full time at the academy, go to school for 5 hours a day and work on their games for 6-8. They are signed up with the agency at an early age. When they develop a % of their winnings and endoresements go to the agents.
Figure baseball is not far behind...That dream job will exist soon!...
