R1 on first, no outs. Ball is live. Batter digging around in the box, PU gives the 'DO NOT PITCH' signal (Fed, pp72,"A"). All of the sudden, F1, throws to F3 and picks of R1. Question: Is R1 out or was time out?
This is exactly why it is a bad idea to use that signal. The only time I use it is when the ball is already dead, and I'm holding up the pitcher while the batter gets set (to be followed by pointing at the pitcher and calling "play").
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
