Do Recruiting Questionaires Work?

I am a freshmen who is interested in playing college ball. I have seen recruiting questionaires on some of my preferred college websites. Are those legitimate ways of contacting colleges? or are there better more effecient ways of contacting those colleges?

They definitely get your info to the school in question, but it's a far cry from all the information they will eventually need to make a recruiting decision about you. Seeing you on video, talking to you and your coaches, looking at transcripts, etc, all play a huge role in whether a coach will ultimately offer you.
