My son hates pitching in wet conditions. He just threw a game in steady light rain and it really affected his control. Lots of unusual errors making him throw a lot more pitches. CB wasn't breaking like mormal. I thought thye game should have been called. Cleats were jammed with mud and very slippery.

I actually pitched last night in a game for 2 innings

The rain really affected my performance in that, the entire time I couldn't grip my fastball or changeup, and I had no control over my curve.
When I say I couldn't grip it, I more so mean, it wasn't comfortable, it was really slick.

We only use about 5 baseballs, and by the time I came in to pitch [closer] they were all soaked.
It killed my velocity because of the heavier ball
and affected my control

Oh, and it is definatly annoying to have mud stuck to your cleats.
