Don't the college coaches and recruiters have a down time in November/December in which they aren't supposed to recruit?
I heard that a college program can have a winter camp, but it could only have coaches from their school present. Yet I have recieved camp notices for a Showball camp listing multiple schools being present and more recently a USC camp that also list several colleges that will be in attendance.
How are they getting away with this, or am I hearing false info about the NCAA rules?
