.

Good question papi. I've tried...oh how I've tried.

I've tried counting sheep, but that bleats.

I've tried counting backwards from ten, but I can never get past four...too boring.

I've even tried Beano© to help not "gas the night away", but what fun is that?

I eventually pulled out all of the stops and resorted to this...

    SOMINEX©

It didn't work at first, so instead of watching another episode of Cagney & Lacey I thought I would read the label...the really fine print. I didn't have my reading glasses, so I kinda' guessed at some on the list.

All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome when using SOMINEX©:
Constipation (Not as bad as most people think.)
Diarrhea (In the end this can actually be rewarding.)
Dizziness (How many fingers are you holding up? One...like you always do.)
Drowsiness (Huh? What? Yeah the car is in the fridge...as usual.)
    Dry mouth, nose, or toast?
Excitability (What? My jets are cool.)
    Headache (I know I am.)
Loss of appetite (Just like the doctor ordered!)
Loss of words (Like that is ever going to happen!)
    Nausea? (Boris?)
    Nervousness or anxiety (Conservative, Republican.)
    Trouble sleeping (They're kidding...right?)
    Upset stomach (And applecart.)
Vomiting (Not nearly as fun as diarrhea, but similar results.)
Weakness (Hmmm? I'd have to say 'Pralines & Cream'.)

Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using SOMINEX©:
Severe allergic reactions (rash, hives, difficulty breathing.)
    Tightness in the chest.
Swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue.
    Dark urine or pale stools.
Difficulty urinating or inability to urinate.
    Fast or irregular heartbeat.
    Hallucinations.
    Seizures.
    Severe dizziness.
    Lightheadedness, or headache.
    Stomach pain.
    Tremor.
    Trouble sleeping.
    Unusual fatigue.
    Vision changes.
Yellowing of the skin or eyes.
    Blah, blah, black sheep.
