Bases loaded, ground ball up the middle. SS bobbles it, eventually flips to 2nd baseman to try for force out, but late. Meanwhile, R3 scored. When SS flipped to 2B, R2 (who had made it to 3B already), took off for home. SS threw him out at plate.
No error because an out was made?
Or error because all runners were safe at the next base, and only due to R2's attempt at a second base was an out made?
