Eamon Portice to face Canes Tonight

The Sun-Sentinel is reporting that Eamon Portice, 2004 graduate Fort Lauderdale High, will start for High Point tonight at Mark Light Stadium against the Miami Hurricanes. Would love to be there but I have other obligations. Although I'm a Canes fan, I'll be routing for Eamon tonight. Good Luck Mr. Portice from the Daly Family.

Portice struck out 10 canes in 6 innings. He allowed 6 hits and 5 earned runs in his first collegiate start. Aside from a shaky first, Portice pitched well. Nice job.
