Not sure how this works but if a school can,t talk to a player till the end of his junior year how do players commit before the junior year?
Does the player approach the school? What am I missing?

* Player could approach the school.

* Player could make an unofficial visit anytime in HS.

* Coach could mail/email player and ask the player to call him.

* Coach could get message through to player via HS or summer coach.

Probabaly more ways...but its not hard to accomplish at all.
