Rule 10.16(d) "No run shall be earned when the scoring runner's advance has been aided by an error, a passed ball or defensive interference or obstruction, if in the official scorer's judgement the run would not have scored without the aid of such misplay".
So....if you believe the run would have scored as a result of the infield single (under the assumption that runner started at 2B and not 3B)then the run is earned. If you believe that the passed ball lead directly to the run scoring then it is unearned.
Just make sure you're using the term "passed ball" correctly. "Passed ball" means the catcher should have controlled the ball but didn't. If it was in fact a wild pitch, that's on the pitcher, and the run would be earned.
