Friend of mine has a 12u son who was pitching on a presidents day tournament this year he experienced some arm pain in the elbow. Since then he claims there is no pain but when he straightens his arm you can hear a clicking noise in his elbow? Anyone have experince with this or might have some insight? I told her to shut him down throwing till she can see a sports oriented physician and get a MRI. Thanks in advance.
