You should go see a doctor, maybe even an orthopedic surgeon.

When my son was 11, he fractured the growth plate and tore the MCL in his throwing elbow. If the pain is on the inside of the elbow, go see a doctor.

Initial xrays didn't show a fracture, but a follow-up w/ a 2nd ortho did, as well as the MCL tear showed up in an MRI.

Find an orthopedist who specializes in sports injuries. A regular doctor will take an MRI to cover his rear for liability, tell you to rest for 4-6 weeks, tell you to take Advil and reschedule another visit. While it may be the right advice, you won't know if it isn't.
