A friend fell and has a displaced and fractured elbow and looking for a specific recommendation for a surgeon in the LA area. I know the Kerlan-Jobe clinic is a likely place but looking for a specific recommendation for a Dr who specializes in these types of surgeries. The Kerlan-Jobe clinic is now a monster corporation with offices all over the LA area so looking for a specific recommendation.

Is it the olecranon that is fractured? While I don't have a doctor recommendation, I do have some experience with this type of fracture. 
@ARCEKU21: It is a Capitellum fracture and it is my understanding they are not very common so they are looking for a surgeon with experience with these types of surgeries. Appreciate any feedback, recommendations. They have found someone at UCLA, but not sure if they will be able to get an appointment and arrange for the surgery as it is recommended to not wait more than two weeks.
