Right now my son has interest from coaches at these schools and a couple other D3. Any info on these? He's interested in studying business, so he's a bit unsure about Oberlin and Kenyon. His "dream school" is actually a high ranked D1 school, so if he chose that he would be a long shot to try to walk on....so any opinions on that are welcome also. Thanks!

anotherbaseballmom- The academic reputation of all of these schools speaks for itself...they are simply some of the best colleges in the world. However from a baseball standpoint, I'm not too sure what you are looking for here. If you could be more specific, possibly someone could be of some assistance.
Kenyon and Oberlin play in the NCAC. Both are in the East division. Oberlins pitching was very good last year. Be aware that Wooster is also in the East division of the NCAC. Wooster usually gets one of the two bids from the east for the NCAC tournament. Son has a friend at Kenyon on the baseball team and he likes it.He is interested in Business as well and the business program is a good fit for him.

You can find out more about the NCAC at:

http://www2.northcoast.org/about/history

Look around that website and you will find a lot of information about Kenyon and Oberlin.

Kenyon has released there 2012 season preview and it can be found at:

Feel Free to ping me if you have any quesitons about the NCAC. My son is at another NCAC school Ohio Wesleyan.

Emory Plays in the UAA.

As JH said you cannot beat the academics at any of these schools.
