Sorry if this is discussed elsewhere, I couldn't find it. At the end of high school, as a parent do you generally have to ask your HS to get your kid's transcript to the NCAA? I sent my son's SAT scores to the NCAA eligibility center, and they have his transcript through his junior year. Any thing to look out for at the end of HS in regards to the eligibility center?

The NCAA will have a list of things you need when you login. There is a checklist or it will say you are NCAA eligible. Just ask your registrar and they will send it off.
Yes to original question. You have to get it to school and eligibility.

My son's HS had dealt with a number of student athletes before. The guidance office forwarded the transcript after a quick email and discussion with my son and his counselor.
Our high school had a registrar who sent it automatically. Not sure if that's standard.
You also have to request final amateurism certification from the NCAA (I believe after April 1)
